Breakfast:

County Fair Slow Cooker Oatmeal (recipe coming tomorrow)!

Snack:

Fresh Juice – 1 green apple + 1 red apple + 3 stalks kale + 1/2 cucumber + 2 pears + 3/4 lb strawberries + 1 peach

Lunch:

PBJ Finger Sandwich (which is how I eat on the go while prepping the school room for Chess Club) + a French Vanilla Kcup with soy creamer (once Chess Club was underway and the mommas got to sit and chat)!

Dinner:

Corn Chowder from Vegan with a Vengeance and a big Green Salad full of yummy veggies
