Breakfast:

Strawberry Smoothies (fresh strawberries, organic soy milk, spinach, banana, water and a splash of flax oil) and Fruit Salad (strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, peaches, apples and clementines)

Lunch:

We went to the theatre with friends.  We ran into more of our friends there unexpectedly!  We happily met up for lunch at the vegan restaurant nearby followed by vegan cuppycakes at the vegan bakery.

Chickun Marsala and a Garden Side Salad (The salad is not pictured, but love how they add yummy veggies like giant artichoke hearts, olives and big bites of broccoli to their garden salad!  Plus, they have a delish vegan Ranch dressing)!

An excellent perk to taking 3 kids to the bakery is I get to sample 4 different, delicious vegan cuppies and cookies!  My favorite was the Strawberry Almond with Rosewater Icing Cupcake.

Afternoon Tea:

My favorite tea variety in my new favorite mug that I just picked up from the pottery studio.  My friend recently held her birthday party there.  What a fun, girly afternoon we had.  Now back to the cup.  Notice how gigantic this thing is.  It required two tea bags (plus the extra one that I painted on…my favorite little detail)!

Dinner:

15 Bean Soup with Tofurkey Sausage over Quinoa


What is your favorite vegan dressing.  I need more homemade dressing recipes!
