Breakfast:

Granny-Smith [Eaten on the way to my *early* dental appointment…You know what they say about apples being natural toothbrushes!]

Morning Snack:

Soy latte’ plus [THIS] gem I picked up a Whole Foods.

Lunch:

Disclaimer: From now until after the holidays, you will see lots of vegan short cuts for both lunch and dinner.  We have tons of upcoming events and classes that all seem to fall on my WIAW days!

Dinner:

We had exactly 1 hour between ballet and basketball.  So, I’m not even going to show you the Mexican food we had again this week…

Instead, I am going to show you what I had last night [Peanut-y Stir Fry with Thai Rice Noodles]!
