Breakfast:

Apple with a tablespoon of peanut butter

Did you know that if you cut an apple in half from side to side instead of top to bottom that the core is shaped like a star?  We found that out during breakfast Apple Fractions math class this morning.

Morning Snack:

Pumpkin Spice Latte: half caf, soymilk, no whip from Panera Bread (not pictured).  Theirs does not compare to Starbucks.  Although, my friend that I met for coffee tells me Panera’s Chai Tea is better than Sbux.  (Yes, I met a friend and had the two littles along which is why I forgot to snap a shot)!

Lunch:

Black Bean Soup and Mediterranean Veggie Sandwich, minus the cheese (not pictured) from Panera Bread.  (I remembered to snap a photo of the baby’s soup in the car later when he woke up)!

Dinner:

Crockpot Pot Roast made with seared Purple Potatoes, Carrots, Onions and Beefless Tips (Will be posting recipe this week, so stay tuned)!
