Princess Belle came to visit my daughter’s dance class today, my son had book club for his favorite book series, I spent most of the morning chasing the baby to retrieve our dry-erase markers to return them to the classroom and somewhere in there I snuck in my Core Yoga class.  Of course, in preparation for WIAW, my camera was always nearby to snap photos of each meal.  Happy What I Ate Wednesday, all!

Breakfast:

For science class yesterday, the kids made these “The Best Pumpkin Muffins” (I did not name them, Isa did.  And she was right!)  from Vegan with a Vengeance.  We took a dozen and a half to the Ronald McDonald House and kept the other half-dozen.

Lunch:

We stopped in The Sleeping Moon Cafe’ on the way to pick up new ballet slippers for K before her dance date with the princess.

Dinner:

Here is one of the Blue/Purple dishes from Color Me Vegan –  Kale and White Bean Soup (made with green kale as per the book’s suggestion if you cannot find purple kale).  🙂

On the topic of princesses, I am taking a poll.  Who should I run as at my next Disney race?

Training is about to start, and of course, one of the most important aspects of the race is who you will dress up as!

The drawing will be held next week.
