Breakfasts:

  • Oatmeal and Udi’s GF Toast with Peanut Butter and Agave (Udi’s GF Bread is on sale @ $3.50 ea at Publix this week)
  • Cereal, Yogurt, Fruit and Nuts (Buddy Fruits are on sale at 75¢ ea)
  • Pancakes, Veggie Sausage, Grits, Sauteed Spinach and Fruit (Cherries are on sale @ $2.99/lb and CA Plums are on sale @ $1.29/lb)

Lunches:

  • Soup and Salad
  • PB-Banana-Maple Granola Pita Triangles
  • Leftovers
  • Eat Out x1

Dinners:

Sunday:

Corn Chowder (Color Me Vegan) and Homemade Vegan French Toast Doughnuts with Maple Glaze and Sprinkles (Veg Times Mag 9/09)

Monday:

Summer Squash with Cherry Tomatoes Topped with Cheesy Toaasted Pine Nuts (serving over Red Quinoa) and Frozen Banana Dessert (Color Me Vegan) (Yellow Squash on sale at $1.49/lb)

Tuesday:

Roasted Asparagus, Potatoes, Peppers and Zucchini with Cornbread Muffins

Wednesday:

Hot Tamale Pie and Carmelized Bananas (Color Me Vegan)

Thursday:

Spaghetti, Green Beans and Salad

Fast Food Friday:

Veggie Dogs and Baked Potatoes

Saturday:
