Ready for a little mid-week fun?  I am!

For some time now I have been reading the mouth-watering What I Ate Wednesday posts over at Peas and Crayons.  Jenn has created a phenomenon and now has several bloggers who participate in the weekly link party.  Although, they are not all vegan, I have learned you can veganize just about anything.  Click on the link party button below, and try not to drool once you are there!

Breakfast:

Peanut Butter Banana Breakfast Bread and Coffee

My sweet Mommy baked this using (mostly) whole wheat and minimal sugar (brown), and my awesome Daddy shipped it down here to us via UPS.  It was a perfect on-the-go breakfast between dropping-off and picking-up kid(s) (W is under the weather) from VBS.

Lunch:

Raw Veggies and Hummus!

Afternoon Snack:

Homemade Raw Carrot, Cucumber, Ginger Juice

Dinner:

Vegan Frito Pie (uh huh, Baby!  Recipe to come tomorrow, so stay tuned)!  {UPDATE: Recipe posted HERE}!

Post-Grocery Shopping (Very Late) Evening Snack:

Handful of Yummy Rainier Cherries
