A fresh weekly vegan meal plan is posted here at Vegan in the Kitchen every Sunday.

You can view previous meal plans by clicking on the “Meal Plans” category on the right.  Vegan in the Kitchen meal plans are custom-made each week according to Publix’s weekly ad, our stockpile and what is ripe in our garden each week.  Please share your ideas for meal plans this week in the comments below.

Breakfasts:

  • Granola, Fruit and Muffins (Blue, Black and Raspberries are on sale at Publix this week for $2.99; CA Cherries are $3.99/lb)
  • Oatmeal
  • Cereal, Yogurt, Fruit and Nuts 
  • Fresh Juice

Lunches:

  • Multi-Bean Salad with Edamame and Crackers (Kashi TLC Pita Crisps are on sale at 2/$5)
  • Hummus, Raw Veggies and Fruit (Sabra Hummus is on sale for 2/$5)
  • Soup and Salad
  • Leftovers
  • Eat Out x1

Veggie Dogs and Tater Tots (or Red Potatoes are on sale at $2.99/5 lb bag)

Monday:

Grilled Eggplant, Zucchini, Squash and Asparagus with Mashed Cauliflower (Asparagus is on sale at $2.99/lb)
