Chocolate Banana Coconut Blender Ice Cream
3 cups coconut milk
3 frozen bananas
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
2/3 cup agave nectar, or to taste
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Place all ingredients into a blender or Vitamix. Blend for 30-60 seconds, or until mixture thickens. Over-processing will cause ice cream to be too soft. Garnish with vegan chocolate chips, if desired.
