A fresh weekly vegan meal plan is posted here at Vegan in the Kitchen every Sunday.

You can view previous meal plans by clicking on the “Meal Plans” category on the right.  Vegan in the Kitchen meal plans are custom-made each week according to Publix’s weekly ad, our stockpile and what is ripe in our garden each week.  Please share your ideas for meal plans this week in the comments below.

Breakfasts:

  • Antioxidant Smoothies (Blackberries are $2.50/pkg this week at Publix)
  • Pineapple Carrot Spinach Smoothies (My little K’s creation.  Publix baby carrots are $1.69)
  • Oatmeal
  • Cereal, Yogurt, Fruit and Nuts
  • Chocolate Biscuits, Vegetarian Sausage, Grits and Fruit (substituting cocoa, flax, Ener-G & Earth Balance in the biscuits )
  • Homemade Veganized Strawberry Toaster Strudels (blogging about these next week)!

Lunches:

  • Soup and Salad (Fresh Express Salad Blends are BOGO at $4.09)
  • Leftovers
  • Southwestern Salad
  • Eat out x1

Dinners:

Sunday:

Veggie Pizza (We are celebrating Vegan Pizza Day today since we ate out at one of our new fave vegan restaurants yesterday)

Monday:

Tempeh Tacos

Tuesday:

Potato Broccoli (Kale) Greens Soup (or sub asparagus which is on sale at $2.69/lb)

Wednesday:

Spaghetti, Corn and Salad

Thursday: (Happy Chinese New Year)!

Homemade Chinese Vegetable Dumplings, Rice, Salad with Ginger Dressing and Chinese doughnuts

Fast Food Friday:

Chili Dogs, Baked Leek and Sweet Potato Gratin and Salad (Veg Times Jan/Feb 2011)

Saturday:
