A fresh weekly vegan meal plan is posted here at Vegan in the Kitchen every Sunday.

Crock Pot Veggie Cassoulet (Bertolli Pasta Sauce BOGO at $1.44 ea)

(This is an inspired dish from our lunch at Cinderella’s castle last week for K’s birthday.  Slicing all extra veggies that are in the refrigerator that need to be used.  Tossing in the crock pot with lots of minced garlic, spaghetti sauce and about 1/2 cup of water.  About 30-45 minutes before done, placing spoonfuls of biscuit dough on top)

Fast Food Friday: (YES!  Changing this to Fast Food Friday instead of Pizza Night.  This is also Game Night at our house now…new for 2011)!
