In years past I have enjoyed Silk Soy Nog during Christmas.
This year I decided to go the DIY route and make my own Soy Nog. I tested it at the Orlando Veg-curious event, and it was a success. I ended up whipping up 3 batches it kept going so fast!
Blend 3 Cups Each of So Delicious Vanilla Ice Cream and So Delicious Coconut Milk with 2 teaspoons Rum Extract and 1/2 teaspoon Nutmeg. Enjoy!
