Yesterday, I promised to share Chef Tal Ronnen’s amazing vegan Thanksgiving menu with you.  Visit Gardein’s page dedicated to Thanksgiving for Chef Tal’s recipes.

In addition to Gardein’s Limited Edition Savory Stuffed Turkey, the Thanksgiving menu consists of:

  • Beet and orange autumn salad
  • Green beans with fresh cranberries
  • Sweet potato biscuits (I can’t wait to try)!
  • Creamy mashed potatoes with chives
  • Oven-roasted banana rum cheesecake
