Say Grace Sunday: Weekly Vegan Meal Plan

My weekly vegan meal plan is made according to Publix’s weekly ad, our stockpile and what is ripe in our garden each week.  I blogged about this week’s Publix GreenWise deals and where to find the coupon match-ups HERE in the Frugal Friday post.

Breakfasts:

  • Grapes, Banana and Melon Ball Fruit Salad
  • Fruit/Baby Spinach Smoothies x2
  • Granola Cereal x2
  • Oatmeal with fruit x1
  • Pancakes (Saturday)

Lunches:

  • Sprout Salad with Mandarin Orange Dressing (Vegan Lunch Box)
  • Almond Butter & Jelly Cutouts (Use your child’s favorite cookie cutter and let them do the work)!
  • Tofurkey, Lettuce, Tomato Pitas
  • Leftovers
  • 1x eat out

Dinners:

Sunday:

Black Beans and Rice, Steamed Kale, Sliced Tomatoes, Guacamole and Tortilla Chips (Using dried beans)

Monday:

Pups in a Blanket (Vegan Lunch Box) with Red Potatoes and Salad and Peanut Butter Faces Cookies (Sugar-Free Toddlers;  To celebrate starting our new home school year).

Tuesday:

Morningstar Farms Entrées (BOGO at Publix this week.  Use with THIS $1/1 MFR Q) with Salad

Wednesday:

Vegetable Soup (Using vegetables on sale at Publix this week and whatever leftover veggies you have in your freezer)

Thursday:

Fettuccine with Lentil Bolognese Sauce (Fresh from the Vegetarian Slow Cooker)

Friday:

Pizza Night

Saturday:

Eat Out
