A fresh weekly vegan meal plan is posted here at Vegan in the Kitchen every Sunday.

You can view previous meal plans by clicking on the “Meal Plans” category on the right.  Vegan in the Kitchen meal plans are custom-made each week according to Publix’s weekly ad, our stockpile and what is ripe in our garden each week.  Please share your ideas for meal plans this week in the comments below.

Breakfasts:

  • Fresh Apple Carrot Cucumber Juice
  • Vanilla Almond Butter on Sprouted English Muffins with Sweet Cherries (Cherries are on sale at Publix this week for $1.99/lb)
  • Oatmeal
  • Cereal, Yogurt, Fruit and Nuts (CA Plums are on sale for $1.29/lb)

Lunches:

  • Grilled Tofurkey and Cheese
  • Soup and Salad (Fresh Express Salad Blends are BOGO at $3.99)
  • Leftovers
  • Eat Out x1

Cajun Red Beans and Rice (Color Me Vegan)

Monday:

Six-Shades-of-Red Soup (Color Me Vegan)

Tuesday:

Gardein Chick’n Tenders, Baked Potatoes and Salad

Wednesday:

Tacos with Black Beans (Tomatoes are on sale for $1.69/lb and FL Avocados are on sale for $1.29 each)

Thursday:

Potato and Broccoli Casserole (substituting with baking potatoes and broccoli)

Fast Food Friday:

Orange Glazed Tempeh with Peach Salsa (Color Me Vegan) (Peaches are on sale for $1.99/lb)

Saturday:

Dinner Out
