15 Minute Creamy Avocado Pasta, Green Beans and Salad with Vegan Buttermilk Dressing (Pasta is free with coupons this week at Publix, Haas avocadoes on sale at $1.50, green beans on sale for $1.29/lb)

Thursday:

Three-Way Sesame-Coated Tofu Strips with Spicy Broccoli (Vegan Planet)

Fast Food Friday:

Veggie Burgers, OMG Oven Baked Onion Rings (Appetite for Reduction) and Banana Pudding Milkshakes (Recipe to come)!
