Last night, I registered for the Vida Vegan Conference that will be held in Portland in August! The line-up of speakers looks amazing. I wonder if I can make an autograph book like the one my kids carry with them to Disney?!!
Vida Vegan promises to be the best vegan weekend of my life. I cannot wait to go soak in all the vegan food-related blogging tips. And I am really hoping every class comes with an all-you-can-eat vegan buffet created by each of the talented speakers!
