A fresh weekly vegan meal plan is posted here at Vegan in the Kitchen every Sunday.

You can view previous meal plans by clicking on the “Meal Plans” category on the right.  Vegan in the Kitchen meal plans are custom-made each week according to Publix’s weekly ad, our stockpile and what is ripe in our garden each week.  Please share your ideas for meal plans this week in the comments below.

Breakfasts:

Lunches:

  • Black Bean and Couscous Salad (substituting vegetable broth)
  • Pear Salad (California-Grown Bartlett Pears are on sale for 99 Cents/lb)
  • Leftovers

Fajitas with Refried Beans (Old El Paso beans on sale 4/$5 and Gardein Beefless Tips on sale 2/$6)

Monday:

Chili Mac

Tuesday:

Broccoli Cheese Casserole (using THIS raw cheese sauce) (Green Giant and Publix Frozen Vegetables On Sale for 99 Cents)

Wednesday:

Tomato Soup

Thursday:

Sweet and Spicy Tofu and Sesame Dijon Asparagus (Asparagus is on sale for $2.49/lb)

Friday:

Pizza Night

Saturday:

Eat Out
