Warm and Nutty Cinnamon Quinoa (Saturday)

PBJ Banana Burritos! (The kids are excited about this one)!
TLT Pitas (Tofurkey, Lettuce and Tomato)
Soup x2

Mediterranean Bowtie Pasta (With Olives, Broccoli, Artichokes, Chickpeas, Sundried Tomatoes and Spinach)

Sweet Potato-Black Bean Tortillas (Vcom) with Guacamole Salad

We had it tonight for the first time. It was so good! The kids had fun picking the basil from the garden, which is why they didn’t mind too much that it was green.
